## Process

### Five phases, each one feeding the next — no fixed week counts; the timeline takes shape in Discovery

1. 1. Discovery — brand and business audit, customer and competitor research, and a clear scope before any design begins. This is where every later decision finds its ground.
2. 2. Design & Prototype — a high-fidelity prototype built directly in the browser, live on staging from the first day. Decisions are made against real pages, not flat mockups.
3. 3. Development — a custom Shopify theme built from the ground up, with the integrations, content migration and performance work the store needs. Nothing is left to a plugin's defaults.
4. 4. Launch — cross-device QA, a calm DNS migration, and a focused hyper-care window. The store goes live quietly and under control.
5. 5. Aftercare — a month of post-launch support and ongoing guidance, included with every project. Selected clients stay with us long after.
